Oh, people of the Romanian nation, you are a Christian Orthodox country, and it would be fair that your rulers exhort you not to eat food prohibited for days of fasting, sons. A fish always rots from the head down and the same happens with the godly order upon a man, which I have set on earth out of mercy through the holy ones. I, the Lord, Jesus Christ, came from the Father on earth and became flesh; I was born of virginal body and I fasted for forty days and nights, and then the devil came to tempt Me after this time, because he did not like the holy law given by God to man to be a weapon against the man’s enemy, that is against the devil.
Man cannot overcome satan but only by fasting and praying, by repentance for his sins and with patience for repentance. Oh, man cannot stand against temptation, and it always overcomes man. Man feeds his life with sin and he is not ashamed of God, of God’s angels and of the whole heaven of saints who are all the time only eyes and ears concerning those on earth. Oh, what shall I do to help man one way or another? Not even those who have got used to going to church, oh, not even those have tried to get used to God’s things given to man to do. Oh, how shall I do to help man to his getting out from sin, to repentance and then to exhort him to his healing? Oh, what shall I do for man to hear Me and to believe Me what I speak upon him?
…— Oh, God’s sons who are pleased to God, and you, sons of men, pleased to the world, only the forgiven sinners can speak about My love and mercy, the sinners who have been touched by the gift of the Holy Spirit by the forgiveness of their sins. It is a time for fasting and praying for the meeting of the feast of My resurrection from among the dead and there is no one to stop the Christians from the great and tasteful food and to exhort them to the watching for the salvation of their soul and for the victory against the devil from them and from those outside of them.
— Oh, Romanian people, the rulers upon you should stop you from all your desires for food and they should exhort you to fasting and praying, sons. Your rulers should make this law known and strengthen it upon you, to be taken into their account that they love you and that they look after you. Behold, I, the Lord, come as word upon you; I come and set you to watch for your life with God, to your love without sin, for your holiness before Me, for your conduct full of watch for those in heaven and for those around you. Amen.
